DNA Barcoding in Hertfordshire

I am finalising a DNA barcoding project proposal funded through the Darwin Tree of Life Community Engagement Fund. The project aims to show how naturalists without a background in molecular biology can carry out DNA analysis using low cost portable equipment to identify specimens collected in the field and gain insight into evolutionary history.
