I have known Adam since my early days in the Industry when I was a graduate engineer in the operated asset being led by Adam as VP. That he chose to provide his mentorship and guidance from those early days all the way to now , about 10 years later, speaks about his authenticity and humility as a leader. He is one of those rare few who would take the time to provide in-depth insight about whatever guidance is sought from them.
